we come here only because it is extremely close to my home. every time I try to give them the benefit of doubt that this time it will be better. No! Im, not wrong bad service every time and the wait is ridiculous. NOTHING "Kwik" about it.
I arrived at 5:20pm and was informed they were closed. Hours of operation are 8am to 5:30pm. I was told it was by owners rules. As a long time customer I will not be returning.

My husband went today to get his inspection and they told him his car had a leak and missing a light bulb and they had to be fixed before it could pass. He paid them then took it to another mechanic at Firestone where they changed the bulb and told him there was no leak. They didn’t want to charge him at Firestone so the man told him to go back to Kwik so he could get his inspection passed and the mechanic STILL refused to pass him claiming there was a leak in the power steering but he couldn’t prove it. I have gone to get my inspection done and oil changed. Both times I went i waited only a few minutes, and staff was friendly. I will go again for oil changes and inspections.
