Lauren is so knowledgeable. I’ve had 100’s of massages and none nearly as good as hers. I have a bad neck and shoulder pain for a long time and was contemplating going to a surgeon. I’m so happy I found Lauren, she knows her stuff! She also recommended I try acupuncture which has helped as well.

Lauren takes great care to listen during her massages and always checks in on pressure and what you're individually looking for. I also love that I can book by time not massage type.
