I have been going to Ultimate Image Medspa Dallas for a few years and everytime I go I receive excellent service. As a woman of color, I was hesitant at first, but after doing some research I learned that laser treatments can be done on darker skin by using a YAG laser, which they do have at this location. Krysta is my girl! She always does an amazing job at taking her time and making sure I am comfortable and satisfied. If you are looking for a good Medspa, look no further!

I've been coming to the Greenville location for over 2 years now. The office is very clean and comfortable, and all the ladies I've encountered are polite and friendly. I've only worked with Krysta and she's great at making you feel at ease and answering all your concerns about laser hair removal. She's super knowledgable and takes safety seriously. The machine used on me is brown skin friendly and I've had no complications.
I waxed for 10+ years but Ultimate Image laser hair removal has been a game changer. You don’t have to go as often and the hair grows back so much thinner than before so shaving in between sessions doesn’t cause ingrown hairs! Jap is awesome! She is super friendly, professional, puts your nerves at ease, and so quick (10 minutes)! She makes the process seamless. Laser hair removal is worth every penny at Ultimate Image Medspa!
