I would recommend John from Ultimate Home Inspections to anyone needing an inspection on a new home. He is extremely professional, knowledgable, efficient and friendly. He guided us through our home inspection, explaining everything about the home to us from inside and out. Ive had 3 inspectors before I met John. He had the most up to date equipment and knowledge of the bunch. The infrared camera found a small leak that you couldn't see. I couldn't believe that he could tell if the house was level even by a small bit. I am very confident in my purchase because of him. He saved us alot of money, because we were able to renegotiate about 10,000 dollars of the price.
