I have been a very satisfied Ultimate customer for over 13 years. They recently replaced my aging and repair-prone furnace and air conditioner with a new HVAC system and whole-house humidifier. The price was right, and the installation process was outstanding. The team arrived on time, protected my floors and carpet, worked very efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, explained how to use the new thermostat, and politely answered all my questions.
