David Messer with Taylor Construction came by and was very pleasant and informative about siding.
I purchased 27 windows in 2018 I spent $20,000.00 on them. I have had Scott at my home do to bad installation. He did solve this issue and gave me his cell phone number and told me if I have any issues call him. I have been calling for the last 2 and a half weeks and no one will help me. I want to replace a window that I don't like. I also asked for some one to come and give my estimate to remodel a bathroom. Which this company advertises they do bathrooms. They came out quickly for a quote but then I never heard back. Every follow up I asked for left with “we will call you back” Even the manager got involved and I never received a call. I gave up.
I have used them for my gutters in the past and they were great. Even when we had a problem with the gutters they were quick to respond. I also used them for windows last year and they did a good job. This year I will say that their customer service has declined. When we ordered more windows they were very quick to take my money but have not been quick to inform us when we will be getting our windows. They did say they were behind but have missed both dates on when they were to arrive and never called to let me know. I have ... read more
This closed gutter guard system has been wonderful. No screens, no debris to clean off, it's a very clean and sleek design and Taylor Construction was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this system and this company.
