Couldnt even get the vehicle in for an estimate, for days sitting there. Never called back. Drove to get it, then said they cant fix it when other shop gave a solid estimate with fair price. This was after numerous calls of no one knowing anything.
Ultimate is the best place for service. They start on time and keep you informed every step of the way. Everyone there is not only professional but very friendly.

I purchased a vehicle July 23 from a different dealer and had a window malfunction 2 days before leaving for vacation. Ultimate Ford was the only dealer who could fit me in and get my vehicle repaired so I could still make vacation. Jim and the service team are truly amazing and I can't express how appreciative I am for all their help. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my Ford needs!!! Thank you again!
