The carpet we purchased from Ultimate Flooring is nice but not what I expected. We were told that liquid wouldn't soak in. However we now have a stain from our dog that I was told all I had to do was soak it up with a towel. Well not true. And now that the job is fully paid for, the owner doesn't remember us and doesn't return phone calls when I want to know what kind of cleaner to use. I wouldn't use them again.
