Absolutely horrible! Get your own installer these people are the worst! Save your money and your sanity! I could go on and on on the runaround, unprofessional attitudes, scheduling appts and then never showing up, not calling...etc... Save yourself and use a different contractor. They shouldn't even be in business!
our experience with Ultimate was HORRIBLE. Home Depot contracts with them for installation and talk about the run around! We were scheduled for a two day installation and the first installer arrived, late, and took a look at the floor and told us that there was no way to install the floor as there were too many structural issues. We paid for extra labor and leveler knowing that some work would be needed.
