Great gym for avid lifters, CrossFiters, endurance athletes, etc.. jack-of-all-trades kind of gym. Friendly staff, they accommodate needs well and they are willing to help when needed. They are reasonably priced Need membership to get in Not staffed 24/7
been member since 1st yr opened, it seems to be headed downhil, just got charged a random fee in May and still have not had any person who works at the faciality explain. I just get the run round by staff

UFIT is the real deal. Whether you're into bodybuilding (the Hammer Strength gear is elite), powerlifting (separate dedicated building), or functional fitness (back room with boxes/med balls), they have you covered. It’s rare to find a gym with this much specialized equipment and a staff that actually knows their stuff. Michael is a standout trainer—super approachable and knows his science. Definitely reach out to him for training, fitness routine, or meal plan. Highly recommended!
