I started with Calvin almost 3 years ago now, and it has been the greatest physical health and mental health choice I've ever made. Calvin is a great coach. Was taking 1-1 training and I loved it some much I got my friends to join me for group sessions. Very good teacher and mentor.

So far I’ve really enjoyed my experience training with Coach Calvin. It’s very personalized and geared toward the goals you want to achieve, which makes it stand out compared to larger, more generic gyms. Calvin is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and makes the sessions both challenging and fun. I also really appreciate how flexible he is when it comes to rescheduling.
