Best staff and I saw the female optometrist, she was great at client education. Everyone was nice. You get in and out fast, it's a well oiled machine. I kinda miss the days where people could be present with each other. I know money is more important though 😉. Overall this place was fantastic.
I went for an eye exam two years ago. I continue to get billed for a procedure I never received in the first place. They said they would take care of this. They never did so I'm finally writing a negative review.
Like a lot of people who've left reviews, I was taken aback by the no refund policy. I had an exam July 18, 2023. I'd had perfect vision after lasik 17 years ago, so glasses are really a new thing for me to adjust to. I thought about getting glasses online, but went local in case there was a problem and to support local business, even though Ultimate Eyecare was more expensive for the same product. This place is very short staffed and cannot keep up with appointments they make for the patients. I was seen on the 27th of August and had high pressure in my eyes that the doctor wanted a visual fields test done at his office within 30 days. I was given my appointment date that same day for September 27th at 8:45. I received a text message two days ago confirming this appointment and the text said I would receive another text message 3 days before.
