We had great interaction with customer service prior to the project getting started, however once the roof project got underway there was nearly NO communication from the company. While our neighbors had their roofs completed in a day or less; our roof took nearly a week. They didn't have enough roofing material to finish the job. We had no follow-up after the roof was completed. I had to call the city to get the permit signed off on and roof inspected when it should have been the contractors job. I had a window project done about a year ago, I LOVE my windows and from start to finish evrything was done whe it said it would be. Did I mention I love my windows. I have a siding project that I am looking at doing. I called and spoke with one of the girls in the office and she knew who I was right away!! And we worked out a time for a sales rep to stop out with a price on my siding project.(Thats hard to do with my hectic work schedule). I cant wait to get my siding project going. I guess I felt frustrated with my experience. I had windows installed in June of this year (2012). I think I feel good about the product itself--so far. I have an 1881 farmhouse without air conditioning, and the tripple pane windows they installed seemed to keep the heat out this summer, and we'll see about performance this winter.
