I love how the calming safe atmosphere that a faith based approach to healing the body can overwhelm one one with an inside outside approach to restoration of body, mind and spirit. Unlike any other rehab experience this old worn out athlete has ever had.
The entire staff at Ultimate Edge is excellent. they are all very friendly, positive, and encouraging. Ellen and Hannah have provided me with instructions for exercises and stretching for rehabilitating my shoulder since my TSA 6 weeks ago. Yesterday Kimberly provided my first experience with dry needling directed at numerous extremely tight scapulothoracic muscles, and today I am noticing significantly improved ROM and less pain with movement!!

Ellen is so great! She provided me with exercises and stretches that relieved the pain in my hip flexor. I came into Ultimate Edge Sports Medicine barely able to walk because of the pain and after several sessions with Ellen, not only was I pain free, but I PR'd a 10k! Ellen is knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. She offered a variety of exercises and treatments that strengthened my hip. If I ever have any more pain or issues, I will definitely make an appointment to see her again.
The team at Ultimate Edge know their profession. Ellen Pugh is my Physical Therapist and Hannah Register is my Physical Therapy Tech. When I arrive for therapy, I am greeted with smiling faces, positive attitudes, enthusiasm and a planned healing session. I am getting stronger with each session. When I leave, I know exactly what I should be doing between sessions to continue getting stronger.
