Technician was top shelf.
My only experience with Ultimate Drain Cleaning and Service has been through Dwight, and it could not have been better. He was incredibly pleasant, efficient, and courteous, making the entire process a total pleasure. While you probably can’t do this, if you are directed to this company, ask for “Dwight.”
Horrible service. Two days they made me wait for 4 hrs each and never came. Yesterday 8 am to 12 pm . Again today Amir was assigned for 12 to 4 pm slot - no service ,no calls. Just waiting like a fool. American Water had to reassign it to different service provider hopefully for tomorrow... Fingers crossed. Never again!!
Not reliable and they do not call you! I have a water protection plan with American water and they canceled my claim stating I didn’t answer my phone and my phone is always with me and always on. This is now the second time this has happened with this company. Guess they don’t need or want the business.
