The ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Absolute AWFUL communication (practically zero). They call from a number marked as SPAM on my iPhone so it gets sent to voicemail, I call IMMEDIATELY back (twice, two separate times) and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I called for HOURS yesterday to try and reach them. Finally I get a hold of someone and they can't offer me a resolution until the following evening. Joseph from ultimate drain cleaning came out for a basement leak. He was in and out 10 mins without doing anything. Told me to call the water company. I also had to have two sinks snaked that was on the job ticket and he refused to do it.
