Older home, first time kitchen sink blockage. Piping not what was expected by the plumber. Rolland explained the possibility of needing to cut behind the sink wall or from basement ceiling to access the problem. Pipe needed to be cut in order to access where blockage was located. Rolland is professional, explains what is being done as he moves thru the process. Other than having to have the wall area repaired (which will be done by a handyman), we're very happy with the service provided. We'd ask for Rolland again.

Exceptional service .. Yesterday Roland a Plumber at your company figured out a very difficult blockage I was having in my home. We had the problem for some days and I was so frustrated. Another company sent two guys that didn’t figure it out but Roland he was up for the challenge. He was also very informative and very knowledgeable at his job. Highly recommend.. Worst company ever. Two times now, service appointment was set up and they didn't show up even though they sent me txt updates advising the appointment was set up. I even called on both times to confirm and they confirmed both times but yet they didn't show up. WORST COMPANY EVER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW. TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. WILL ALSO PUT A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AGANIST THEM!!
