Great experience, very professional
I had a wonderful experience there, staff are so kind and responsible. They are so professional and explain each step of your visit one by one and follow up for your satisfaction factors. I like the atmosphere and the cleanness of this clinic.
First time there today for my echo. There’s no change room. The european lady asked me take off clothes (lights on) and lie down with the small drape sheet. While I was changing she opened the door and prepared the next patient. She didn’t wait for a bit. While putting on my jacket she then again opened the door and another patient was standing there… looking. No patient privacy! I hope she’s not there for my second visit
They should rename this clinic as Ultimate WORST dignostics. They never pick up the call so i dont know why they have phone number at first place. Secondly they never give call back or a timeline on when they will send report to family doctor. I dont understand if they understand the seriousness of this clinic. Should act more proffesional so the patient go home with relief and not stress. I would not give any stars but this is the bare min i have to give. Shut the clinic and stop practising if you are not serious about help... read more
