Called to make an appointment for a family member. We are a veterans family and therefore, we don’t have an insurance card, our insurance is TriCare. I have a referral through our PCM. I was trying to explain why we don’t have a card insure with an id insurance number. The front desk employee, was so unprofessional over the phone. I called our PCM and explained they wouldn’t see it family member and was told with the referral is enough to be able to make the appointment. Este comentario lo hago de pocas palabras y directo pq en realidad no quisiera que otras personas tuvieran mi experiencia en esta oficina juegan con nuestro tiempo y dinero si esas dos palabras antes mencionadas son importantes para aquellos que lean esta publicación no hagan cita en esta oficina. No les quito más tiempo espero que encuentren otro lugar como hice yo.
