Very unprofessional IS an understatement. I scheduled an appt for a MRI W/O contrast a month before with this center and when thru all the details with the lady that answered,explaining to her that I needed a pelvis MRI, and that I was allergic to penicillin and iodine, gave her all my insurance inf. She did say this center does except my insurance and all was fine. Also my insurance approved this MRI. Mi experiencia en esta clínica fue muy decepcionante. Durante mi cita para un ultrasonido facial, la especialista me pidió que mantuviera los ojos cerrados para evitar que el gel entrara en ellos. Mientras realizaba el procedimiento, hizo una pausa y yo aproveché para limpiarme un ojo porque me estaba ardiendo. En ese momento abrí los ojos y vi que estaba pasándose el mismo rodillo que estaba utilizando en mi rostro por su propia cara. Called to make an appointment for a family member. We are a veterans family and therefore, we don’t have an insurance card, our insurance is TriCare. I have a referral through our PCM. I was trying to explain why we don’t have a card insure with an id insurance number. The front desk employee, was so unprofessional over the phone. I called our PCM and explained they wouldn’t see it family member and was told with the referral is enough to be able to make the appointment.
