I had a confirmed appointment at 930am the technician missed that time and never called. I called later that day and he told me he overslept because of taking so over the counter medication. He never reach out for a follow-up appointment.

I sent photos directly to them through text, and Tony came out within a few days and completely repaired the dent! You can’t even tell it was ever dented (minus the small paint chip that’s not included in my warranty). Thank you so much!!
