Great place to get a fast productive workout – Ultimate Crossfit is a great place to get in shape. The staff is incredible! It is like getting a personal trainer that actually teaches you the correct way to workout. Workouts include basic exercises that allows for all levels to participate!
Awesome workout – My first workout was great. It was a lot different from just going in the gym and doing the same things I always do. I'm sore in muscles I forgot existed especially in my legs. I would recommend Ultimate Crossfit for anyone looking for a change in their workout and some great motivation. Definitely come ready to sweat.
