I'm a Travel Agent, and I use Matt Silver's Ultimate Class Limousine Worldwide for my clients. They are always prompt and courteous, as are ALL the staff in the office arranging the services. Last week I had clients being picked up from a cruise in NYC, they called 1 1/2 hours before pick up time to say they were ready for pick up, and when I called Ultimate Class Limousine to let them know the clients were ready they indicated that the driver was only 5 minutes away (1 1/2 hours early). This company, based on my experience is horrible. From the drivers to the managers all the way up to the owner, Mr. Silver. The only remotely positive interaction I had was with the secretary.
