Very bad experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. My friend paid $450 to have an aftermarket radio installed here, and after only 2–3 weeks the radio completely stopped working. She brought the car back to the shop expecting them to stand behind their work, but they told her they couldn’t fix it and refused to give her a refund. This place is a scam, and I strongly recommend avoiding it. The aftermarket screen they initially installed was working fine, except that the orientation was tilted. I returned to have the orientation corrected, but during that visit the owner adjusted something else and ended up damaging the touch functionality of the screen. He admitted that he had plugged and unplugged a component, which he said caused the screen to stop working properly. “I’m extremely impressed with the service. My remote car starter problem took many hours to diagnose and repair, but they stuck with it and solved the issue. Their persistence, knowledge, and commitment to getting it right really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much care with a job. I highly recommend them
