I had an AMAZING experience! My braoder cancelled on me last minute. I walked in around 8am and was immediately serviced. I’ll definitely be back!
Today i walked in to get braids 07/29/25 going into a ponytail. I also got my hair washed as well. The person who blow dried my hair did not section my hair or use any type of heating protector. My hair was not dry for the second time so i had to do it myself. When it came to dipping my ends the young lay burnt me. I normally go to another shop that’s very close by to this one but after seeing their work on social media I decided to try it out. I decided to get a bob boho, with the other shop it usually takes 3 hours, at ultimate braiding it took 6 for the same style. The woman in charge came around and mentioned to the braider that she didn’t add enough human hair to the braids which she took $20 off my style. Needless to say I’m extremely disappointed. Very disappointing experience! I got the boho special waist-length knotless braids at Ultimate Hair Braiding and was told the curly hair provided was 100% human hair. After just one week, my hair looks awful—tangled, matted, and the curls are completely gone. I paid $300, and honestly, it feels like a waste of money. I specifically asked about the hair being human because I was going on vacation and knew it would get wet. Real human hair can be washed, conditioned, and restored—this hair could not.
