I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT book with this salon. I was assaulted by the manager on Friday, October 17th. Before my visit, I sent the manager pictures of the “Bora Bora braids” I wanted, and she confirmed she could do the style. We agreed on a price of $450. I went here for knotless boho. I arrived around 530AM, 7 girls were already waiting a head of me but only about 5 braiders were in at that time. They said the rest weren’t coming until 7 or 8. I didn’t get started and sat until after 9AM. I didn’t leave the shop until 7PM. The workers were extremely unprofessional and not friendly. If I can give a zero I would I set for 6hours getting Bahamian braids the girls rush though my hair it look a mess $300 was a waste never again
Never will I ever get my hair done here again. This style was a waste of my money. Should have learned my lesson the first time. They put too much product in my hair for the long boho braids. This time my hair looks awful. They didn’t offer to fix it. No discount on next hairstyle. Lack of communication when I try to reach out. And when I did. They act like I was getting on their nerves. I haven’t had my hair braided in years. I mean years! And I was very pleased with my boho knotless! Everyone was very nice. Thank you ladies for getting me in and doing my braids so neat. I have been compliments all day ♥️
