Came 05/24/25 for small senegalese twist. I ended up with boneless twist. I mean completely see through. Never in my life have I had my hair twisted or braided in less than 4 hours. I knew they were terrible when the worker wanted a picture but the woman taking payment stated her phone was dying( she was talking on it) and she couldn’t take a photo😂😂. I’m really disappointed with the service today. I had a 2:30 PM appointment and left work early to be on time, only to be told the stylist wasn’t there and no one else could do my style. No one apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience. As a working Black woman supporting a Black business, I expected better communication and professionalism.
The smell is just horrible for real and no one should be subject to that smell. Plug ins air spray might help but it’s more about personal hygiene and they need to use bleach to clean the building. I rather get my hair braided on the porch than sit in there.
Poor customer service. Highly don't recommend. I had a very unpleasant experience. They are unreliable and unprofessional.
