They don't listen.... you tell them what you want and they give you what they want you to have
I typically don’t leave reviews but I have to warn anyone that may be interested in getting their hair braided at this location. The services they advertise on Instagram is misleading and ultimately a SCAM!! Beware of spending your hard earned money here. The ladies are overworked and underpaid and they take this frustration out on the customer by being unprofessional and overall nasty.
EXTREMELY discriminatory and rude towards customers with coarse type 4 hair. My daughter got her hair braided here and overheard another stylist tell a young lady that her hair “was not good” while proceeding to tell another customer that she had “nice” hair because it was a looser curl pattern. Unbelievable. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS SHOP ZERO STARS I WOULD!!
