When I first heard about this place, I was genuinely nervous about coming in. It had been just over a year and a half sense I could go to the gym regularly. Once I walked in and started working out…. I immediately noticed how different this place was. The equipment is clean and not falling apart, the people that I was once worried about are genuinely good people who are happy to help you if you have questions. Both AJ and jeff are great people and I’m happy to be part of this Community that they have built !
The second you walk into UBF, you can feel the atmosphere shift. The vibes are high and the energy is contagious, but the best part is the space itself. They have an incredible variety of machines, everything is high-quality and well-maintained, so you’re never stuck waiting for a decent rack or cable. Plus, the supplement selection is huge; it’s basically a one-stop shop for everything you need for a workout.
