I've been looking for a good black-owned beauty supply in Alpharetta and now I've finally found one!! The customer service is A1 and if you don't find the items you're looking for, they will work to make it available for you. DEFINITELY coming back.

They charged me $18 for hair with a $12.99 price LISTED ON THE PACKAGE. Deceptive and fraudulent. I want to support black businesses, but this is abusive and worth escalating. If they did this to me, they have likely done this to others. I’m hopeful they will resolve this amicably.

This place customer service is horrible. The owner Christian Lewis is rude and a bit ghetto. When i asked a question he said he was not going to answer it. The hair i bought from his store shed like crazy and i told him i didn't like it. Then he proceeded to say well you didn't buy it from me, well i bought it in your store so yes i bought it from you. I've spent too much money in that awful store and will not be back and will recommend the others I've told not to go either.

AMAZING 1st class customer care! Reasonably priced products and a VERY gorgeous shop. The staff there was very helpful and engaging. The establishment is neat, beautifully set-up and merchandized very well.
