We recently had Ultimate Bathrooms renovate our ensuite. We are extremely pleased with the results...larger shower, new flooring, double vanity, toilet and painting. Gerald and Allie were very helpful in assisting us in choosing the design, products and colours. I'm 100% satisfied with the process and the result. The owner showed early for the site inspection. Their website allows for pictures to be uploaded and communication was great throughout. My expectations for any renovation is three months out from the time of contact minimum. This project was completed in two. On the day the project was scheduled, their staff showed up a few minutes before 8AM when on the first day it was conveyed it might be between 8:30 and 9:00 because the crew has to get the parts. Ultimate Bathrooms renovated the ensuite in our condo apartment, completely replacing everything out to the studs. We are very pleased with the results and greatly appreciate the efforts by Lucas and Rick to limit the impact on the rest of our living space. Gerald, Rick, Lucas, Allie, and Courtney, were a pleasure to deal with. They have our highest recommendation.
We had a great experience with Ultimate Bathroom Renovations from start to finish. Allie was so helpful with helping us design our new guest bath, Gerald kept us informed throughout all stages of the project. The crew was excellent, and our Project Manager Shawn went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect in our new bathroom. We really appreciate the attention to detail, the professionalism and the hard work of the UBR crew.
The Ultimate Bath team was great to deal with through the whole process. Allie was very helpful in the design work and the selection of products. Sean was excellent doing the installation and final touch ups. Rick did a great job with the electrical. Everything more than met expectations!
