The guys did a great job with installation! Very friendly, very punctual and professional! All of the employees I had contact with were super kind, understanding and knowledgeable. As another party took care of the financials and paperwork. I can only attest to the customer service and the work done. Which is impeccable! Super happy with the style, the function and how quickly they had it all installed and ready. Only 2 days to complete the job! I'm impressed! Thanks for everything guys! The kids and I love the tub!
I wish I could give the bathroom reno that Ultimate Bathroom Renovations did a 6 out of5. Shawn did amazing work. Our new bathroom looks like something out of a magazine. Exceeded all mine and my wife's expectations!
I'm 100% satisfied with the process and the result. The owner showed early for the site inspection. Their website allows for pictures to be uploaded and communication was great throughout. My expectations for any renovation is three months out from the time of contact minimum. This project was completed in two. On the day the project was scheduled, their staff showed up a few minutes before 8AM when on the first day it was conveyed it might be between 8:30 and 9:00 because the crew has to get the parts. We recently had Ultimate Bathrooms renovate our ensuite. We are extremely pleased with the results...larger shower, new flooring, double vanity, toilet and painting. Gerald and Allie were very helpful in assisting us in choosing the design, products and colours.
