Devin went out of his way to help us troubleshoot an ignition problem with our BMW X5 after he was off work and on his way home. His professionalism is exemplary and illustrative of the commitment Ultimate Autos of Tampa Bay have towards their customers. Devin went above and beyond to help us out.
I have always wanted an original VW Beetle - but refuse to drive stick - so my second choice was the EOS. Found them through Facebook post - Phil was quick to respond and Devon was knowledgeable and open about the history of the vehicles. The paperwork was super fast and they were very thorough with going over the car and demonstrating features. Highly recommend! Delivery was seamless and as promised! Thank you for the great service!
Wow what a great shop! Devon and his dad were awesome. I needed a car for my daughter and they figured out an incredible and hassle free deal for us! What a relief to have found them. I needed my daughter to be safe since we are out of state and I am so thankful to have found them. She will now be in a safe, reliable car, that she can even bring back for maintenance! What a gem this place! Thanks guys!!! Thanks for taking care of our baby!
Nice young man for a master mechanic, very fast and able bodied. Very honest and upfront to, as a consumer, I really appreciate people and establishments like this
