My nightmare is over! Huge thank you to Philip Punch and his son! I recently purchased what I thought was a great 2012 Horizon Blue VW EOS from a dealer in DeLand, Florida. It quickly turned into a mess. Spent 6k on Repairs and maintenance at the Daytona VW dealership just to almost immediately discover it was using a quart of oil every 400 miles. Bought 2014 EOS Feb 29, 2024 - very easy to deal with. Had a lot of confidence in Phil & Michelle. Went to VW dealer in Lakeland in Mid-March to get a second key fob and to “fix” an error message about the roof. Got car back Apr 15 with 2nd fob, some work done but essentially roof still not operable and trunk not available. Went to Phil today Apr 16, 2024 and he fixed the problems and charged me nothing (even though car was purchased “as is”). This man is The EOS Whisperer! In May 2026 needed ABS replacement. As someone who previously owned an older Volkswagen that lasted me a long time, I was really excited to find an affordable VW convertible. I truly appreciated the down-to-earth, family-oriented atmosphere here. Phil worked hard to help identify and address issues with the car and get me road ready. So far, so good, and really enjoying it! I’ll definitely return for maintenance in the future.
