Awful experience. They said they would pick up my car on a Thursday. Six days later still hadn’t been picked up. I was already at my destination and had to rent a car. I fired them and hired a different transportation company who provided me with excellent service. The manager at Ultimate told me he would not refund my total down payment. He said eventually they would have picked up my vehicle had I given them more time. I called my credit card company who promptly refunded my money. Had my classic car transported by these guys. There was damage to the car when it arrived and Ultimate Transport gave me the run around until I got tired of calling. This happened in June or July 2024. Although the damage was small, I didn’t cause it. They used a guy who only had insurance for his truck not the cargo. I paid money to get the car safely to its destination and this company did not help me. For that reason I will no longer use them. Nor would I recommend them to anyone!!!! Ultimate Auto Shipping was amazing to work with. I was bombarded with "quotes" from a ton of companies, but Pat was the only one that took the time to educate me on how the car shipping industry actually works and guided me through the whole process. I informed Pat that my biggest concern was speed of delivery and the car was delivered in less than 12 hours after pickup.
