I recently had an outstanding experience with Ultimate Auto Glass and Electronics, and I can't recommend them highly enough! When I needed quick help with my vehicle, Travis, the manager, was incredibly responsive and immediately set things in motion to get me taken care of. Telephone reps were very friendly and helpful. Installation tech was also very helpful, knowledgeable and quick. I would happily recommend Ultimate Auto Glass to all my friends.

This should have been a 5-star review; however, I had a couple of questions that were never answered after the work was completed. Lindsey L. was great at coordinating the claim, repair, and even directed my questions to the GM and warranty managers. After receiving no response from them, I inquired to Lindsey, twice, with no further reply. I was happy with everything else and just wanted some information on VLT. This is unacceptable and a foolish way to end the experience while ruining a 5-star review.

Ultimate Auto Glass is the best! Abby was amazing in getting everything set up for me, Yvette sent over my appointment confirmation promptly and Brad did an amazing job with my windshield replacement! I had been putting on the replacement for years due to cost and lack of time to miss work for the appointment. Ultimate solved both of those problems for me. They definitely have a customer for life!
