I have been here several times already and pat and his guys are always there to help out. They work fast and efficient with great quality. Customer service is amazing. Even though I have only had oil changes if I needed any mechanical work I would go straight to them. Honest and fair!

My car has been there for 5 weeks. No one wants to keep me informed or answer phone calls or texts. I was given a loaner car that broke down in my driveway 3 days later. It's still broke down in my driveway. I'm extremely dissatisfied. Although the owner is personable, there needs to be more attention to getting things done. I can't be without transportation for this long of a period.
Pat works on my truck and I can call anytime if I have a question about something and he will give me an answer or tell me to stop by the shop
Asked how much to mount and balance 3 tires, tells me free because I used to work under the table and under minimum wage for him. Drop the tires off, come back hours later, the tires still are not done and I'm with a friend who happens to owe him money so he tells us to pack up and leave. When we started loaded the tires up he stormed outside snatching the tires from us and locked them inside.
