The process : 2 vehicles were sent to ultimate body shop for rear end damage, both vehicles were inspected thoroughly from the body shop and they found more than what the insurance company found and made sure it all was taken care of. Throughout the whole process, I received daily updates, Carrie was there the whole time, staying late and putting In the extra work to be done. I will never go anywhere else! Carrie and the team at Ultimate Auto Body are easy to work with, timely with getting me quotes and were able to work out the best possible deal for my body work. The repairs were done within a week, and they even offered to pick me up when I didn't have a ride home to drop off my car. Their professionalism speaks volumes, and my car looks brand new. My family and I are customers for life!
