I contacted Ultimate Aire to obtain a service contract and garage heater install. First appointment I waited for 4 hours. I called their messaging service and no call back. I got a call back in the morning. Excuse was that technician's cell phone wasn't receiving a signal. today, I was rescheduled between 11 am - 1 PM.
