I have been on a subscription plan for the past couple of years with Ultimate Air. On their most recent visit in December, their tech named Dan noticed that the whole house humidifier was not working as it should. Dan advised of the problem and tried to get the unit working the way it should. Apparently the system solenoid had failed and Dan did not have replacement parts on the truck.
