We've been very happy with Ultimate Air. Ann is amazing when coordinatimg scheduling and answeing any of my questions. Hunter has been terrific when it comes to taking care of our HVAC unit. He is very kind, knowledgeable and very professional; we love having him come do our service each time.
We have had nothing but exceptional sales and follow-on service from the Ultimate Air team. They fully installed a new HVAC system at a great rate, quickly and professionally. The annual cleaning and inspection service that we purchased ensures that our system is running at peak, efficient and most of all, safe. We are totally impressed and satisfied with the service we received. From the phone call setting up the appointment for a furnace service and cleaning. I apologize for not remembering the lady I talked to but she was very polite and worked the appointment into my schedule instead of me having to be told a day. Then the day of service the technicians Kyle and Cam were right on time and very polite and knowledgeable answering any questions we had. About a week ago, our A/C stopped working, so we reached out to Ultimate Air for help. Not long after we called, a super friendly and knowledgeable technician named Cameron came by and quickly figured out what was wrong. That same day, thanks to Ann, we received a very fair and reasonable quote for the repair. Once the part arrived, Cameron returned and got our A/C up and running again!
