May 1st I went back to this shop after being told I could get the braided ponytail cause I had grown my hair out. The lady that was assigned to do my hair shouldve just said she didnt know how to braid like the pic i showed her. I let her know how i didnt like how she braided it and she form a attitude and was being rude loud and just gave up basically saying fuck trying to work it out once i spoke up.
