Poor customer service and communication . Extremely rude about payment due dates for trips MONTHS in advance but when a pandemic hits AND EVERY OTHER TRAVEL RELATED BUSINESS has refunded money IN FULL... we are still waiting 7 months later. Get told end of the month repeatedly then all the sudden no response to emails at all. Hope my hard earned money helped you keep your doors open a little longer so you could rob other people.
I never write reviews... but... Whomever it was that spoke with me (a Man, probably the owner) Did not seem to want to check into booking a trip for me. LOL! Seriously! I asked him for a few ideas for a Caribbean family vacation in July. He told me it was hurricane season and that it wouldn't be a good idea. GREAT advice.. Don't get me wrong, here.
