My neighbor is a client of this business for in home care and the people who come REPEATEDLY park in a way that blocks our driveway. We have told them multiple times already to stop and yet they CONTINUE to do so. They deflect accountability by claiming that its different people each time who comes so I've told them to tell their manager to let the rest of the employees know and yet this is a repeat issue. The people at Ultima Medical Services are superb. They are also generous supporters of cancer research and care in Canada.
I had my employment medical conducted here in 2023 and many times before that. It was carefully done and thorough. When I called today (2024-09-25 at 1211 pm) to have a copy of the reports sent to me, the staff Member (started with and S and ended with an UH) who answered the telephone call was able to promptly help me and didn't seem bothered with my inconvenient request.
