Rude, entitled, and very arrogant reception and management. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. One of the main security guards and maintenance staff are both crazy and out of control, always speaking out loud, staring at residents uncomfortably, or thinking we are serving them. I’ve even seen one of them almost run down a pedestrian down near the building in his ugly purple security car.
