I love Ultifit and Warren is an amazing coach! He’s knowledgeable, supportive, and creative. His great sense of humor helps me through the toughest classes and the days that I’m not as motivated. Each class is a total body workout and constantly evolving. He is open to ideas and constructive criticism. The workouts are always interesting, never the same day to day. The coaches are amazing. I have been able to get back in shape through the system they have. Add on that the coaches will help modify exercises as needed, and always encourage (along with the other participants). I cannot say enough good things about Ultifit.
I've been a member of the adult classes for about a year, and it has been a great experience. The workouts, while challenging, feel like a playground for adults—it's crazy fun! The coaches are incredibly supportive, and the community is welcoming to individuals of all skill levels. It truly feels more like a community than just a gym. I started with Ultifit up in Libertyville and thought where was this when I was growing up? It's a jungle gym for adults. The coaches are super helpful and supportive. They make modifications to the exercises if you happen to need it. Perhaps you're dealing with an old injury and you dont want to agrivate it. They will modify the exercise so you hit the same muscle groups without any pain or discomfort.
