While we go to Ulta for most of our products including perfume and have been in the store multiple times. Today was a visit unlike one we’ve had before. I get greeting customers and asking if they need help but the whole time my daughter and I were in the store we were asked by multiple people if we needed helped and was literally followed by the lady who initially greeted us to begin with. Terrible customer service. Wasn’t greeted. Wasn’t helped until I asked. Had to wait for the three girls to stop chatting behind the register. I didn’t know which register to go to so she just pointed and told me to enter in my number. I told her I don’t have an acct and she just repeated herself. Then instead of asking if I wanted to start an acct she just asked for my info without a smile or interest in life in general. Not thank you for coming in. All stems from management. Very sad! Will never return.

The customer service is absolutely amazing in this store . Berenice Was so helpful color matching me perfectly ! She recommended some products for me that worked outstanding !

Customer service was great. Went in with my teenager. Berenice helped her understand skin care and match a foundation that would work best for her. Made my life so much easier.
