Not happy that I placed an order directly with Ultas website for same day delivery. They apparently use door dash. The dasher left another customer's order...not mine. When I called to let them know and ask how to resolve they said I'd have to call doordash directly. Problem...doordash does not show the order since I did not order directly with them...ulta did. I had to call ulta back and they gave me a customer service number to call. Ulta is saying I have to wait 29 days for a refund! And to throw away the order I received... read more
