I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Ulta Beauty in Anaheim Hills this past weekend, and the cashier, Magaly, made what should have been a very simple return into a situation that wasted over an hour of my time. I went up to her and clearly explained that I needed to return two products. I just got my hair done at Ulta by Maureen, and she is amazing! She is truly talented and gifted, and I 100% recommend anyone to come to her. She was very good at helping me achieve my goals and is such a sweetheart! I love her!
Alicia is the reason I'm giving this location 5 stars. An elder loved one of mine and I recently worked with her on a visit to the store. Alicia was a dream to work with.
