I came here looking for a moisturizer that I had gotten before but a few laps around the store and I couldn’t find it. I decided to ask one of the employees lulu (apologies if I butchered the spelling) when I asked for help all I knew about the product was its packaging (white with green letters) very vague but lulu ended up recommending the Clinique cream which is way better than what I was using before. I hate sticky residue on the skin and this cream is light to the touch. Very helpful staff 10/10 :)

I went in to do a Happy Returns drop-off, which used to be at a separate kiosk, so I just asked a worker if I was in the right place. She immediately responded in a really rude tone telling me to “go in line and wait your turn.” I later found out she’s actually the manager (Tracy), which honestly made it worse. I get that stores get busy, but there’s no reason to be rude when someone is just asking a simple question. On the positive side, Gia helped me after and she was super kind and made the experience way better.
