I went in to do a Happy Returns drop-off, which used to be at a separate kiosk, so I just asked a worker if I was in the right place. She immediately responded in a really rude tone telling me to “go in line and wait your turn.” I later found out she’s actually the manager (Tracy), which honestly made it worse. I get that stores get busy, but there’s no reason to be rude when someone is just asking a simple question. On the positive side, Gia helped me after and she was super kind and made the experience way better.
Great perfumes! My favorite part of Ulta.
The staff on that day did not provide good customer service. I have only been to this Ulta a few times. I usually go to Milford or Westport. The young lady who waited on me. I felt did it begrudgingly, she could use some additional training on providing good customer service
I am not a big make up person so I feel at a loss and kind of overwhelmed shopping for makeup, but I had a really great time. The staff were friendly and very helpful
