I went there today and was met with disrespect and bullying from staff. I walked in and asked a simple question if I could use their disinfectant solution. Mind you I could have just used it without asking but I wanted to be respectful. And they let me know that I could not which I responded saying it was okay and thanked them for their help. This store is amazing. It’s always clean and well stocked. Alena is extremely helpful and takes her time to make sure I found what I need and what is suited for my skin. Her service made it very pleasant to be there.

I came here looking for a moisturizer that I had gotten before but a few laps around the store and I couldn’t find it. I decided to ask one of the employees lulu (apologies if I butchered the spelling) when I asked for help all I knew about the product was its packaging (white with green letters) very vague but lulu ended up recommending the Clinique cream which is way better than what I was using before. I hate sticky residue on the skin and this cream is light to the touch. Very helpful staff 10/10 :)
Lulu was amazing and so sweet. They helped me pick up the perfect shade foundation for my skin.
