I really like this location , always has my daughter’s favorite in stock . Today I walked in looking for a certain foundation and the associate Sheldon help me find it and also some other choices ! She was wearing a perfume that I had to have she kindly let me know what fragrance and where it was at . She also let me know about ULTA BEAUTY card . Always appreciate good service !

I swore I would never walk into another Ulta beauty again after my last experience at Brokaw. However, I thought maybe a different location might be better so I decided to head in to the bascom location, and I’m so glad I did! I was welcomed in, and I thought ok here we go, but it was different , there was Shelly with in a few minutes of me walking to the isle I was going to asking me if I needed anything or had any questions…little did I know she was the manager.. she was able to help me find what I needed instead of walkin... read more

I used to shop with them for years before moving to this location, although everyone is treated like a thief when you walk in, after a few visits she notices a regular, but she doubled her prices with no notice, then when questioned she screamed at me, which made her lose a lot of money

Anthony Do did an amazing job with my hair. I got a blowout done and he listened to me and was really detailed oriented towards my hair. He gave an appropriate lift to my hair at the top with big curls at the ends. I am totally impressed and will be returning to him for hair at Ulta in Campbell.
