I had a confusing and frustrating experience at this store due to inconsistent communication from staff. During my visit the day prior, I spoke with an employee named Sofia about getting a small sample of a product. She explained that while samples are usually placed in MAC containers, it would be okay for me to bring my own small container to take a sample this one time. Good selection of product, always stocked and clean, the customer service is what this location lacks. All the girls are rude and do that weird “gen-z” stare, and are never helpful. I’m confused on how some of them even got hired. If it’s not that, then they follow you around like you’re about to steal something… as if I’m not a platinum member. They just give off “I hate my job” energy, or “why is this customer speaking to me” energy. Wish I lived closer to the PCH location, they’re way nicer over there.

Shout out to Heaven! She’s helped me pick out the perfect shade match and was very informative throughout the process! And mind you, I never wore make up in my life but she made the experience of picking certain shades so seamless. She’s a natural talent and the beauty industry is blessed to have her.
