Isn’t the point of Ulta beauty to get help? I thought they were trained to approach and offer assistance? Clearly not the case at this location. Awful customer service. I stood near two employees for several minutes with absolutely no approach when I was clearly needing help. I then approached the beauty bar counter but they were too involved in their conversation to care to greet/help me. I literally walked past at least 6 employees, tried approaching 4 and got no help. I was shopping for a special occasion and was helped by Allison, who provided great customer service! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in answering my handfuls of questions. I was a little overwhelmed when I walked in with my shopping list, but she and the other staff made the experience a lot better.
I went to Ulta and had an amazing experience. The service was great and very professional. Nouri exceeded my expectations. I already knew she was a great stylist, but the way she brushed and styled my hair showed me how truly exceptional she is at what she does. She’s friendly, gentle (a big plus for a hairstylist), and very patient. I had a keratin treatment, haircut, and eyebrow service done.
