I'm super disappointed... I went to dye my roots and get my highlights done this morning at Crossroads Shopping Center, Saint Pete, FL. I showed the hairdresser stylist EMI, a Pinterest picture (attached) in a butter blond shade, and asked her to try to reproduce that hair color. I told her "I want new highlights to pop up and shine!". I also made sure she was not going to use ash shades, because I don't like them, and I feel pale...
