I’ve been a customer at Ulta for years , of course during the years , I’ve had to return or exchange items and I’ve never had a problem. I literally live across the street from this location so I do business here all of the time, however, today I went in to exchange an item today and was told by the manager that I could not return my item if it’s not in the original box. If I could have been able to put no stars, I would have. This store location is in a somewhat high end area. People can easily go to the Galleria Mall which I say is walking distance. My daughter and I went to this particular Ulta location and the customer service is very, very, poor. No one greeted us and no one came over to ask if they could assist us with anything. Aaron and fitsi, alondra and carmeh did amazing my makeup and hair looks amazing book with them !!! They were so helpful learn new tricks and did everything right will definitely come back !!
