Allie was amazing since the moment I came into the store she was wonderful helped me find the stuff that I needed and they were even sold out of the product and she gave me great alternatives has well
This was the first time I’ve had a less than a pleasant experience at Ulta. I visited to purchase a cologne as a gift for my husband, and unfortunately, the interaction felt rushed and lacked the friendly, helpful service I’ve come to expect. I’m not sure if the associate was unfamiliar with the fragrance section, but the experience overall felt impersonal and underwhelming.
This isn't the first time I've bought supposedly new products, which is what you should be buying there. New products, and they come with a significant difference from their original quantity. They've obviously been used, but considerably used. They shouldn't list a product that's obviously worn as new; they should lower the price or find another solution so the next customer doesn't buy that cheap product, which isn't as good as new. Visited the Tuscawilla location on many occasions. The staff is always helpful, courteous and welcoming. A Huge Thank you to all the staff! If you’re in the area, I recommend this location.
