Shaboam is very rude and pushy with trying to get you to get the credit card. When I told her no she asked if I didn’t want more credit cards and when I answered she told me to cancel my other cards to get the Ulta credit card. Very rude and unprofessional and I dread to go to back to this location again if she’s there.

Love this Ulta. Never have had a bad experience there and go often. Love Passion who helped my daughter and I try and find new products. We love the new suggestions! Thank you so much!

Eh! My hometown Ulta may be one of the best locations in the country, so I am biased. The employees are very personable, do not try to upsell you, and IMMediately jump on you to ask how they can help. I had no background in makeup (TRULY, at all), and the employee walked me through concealer, color corrector, shade matched me, picked out budget-conscious travel minis for me to try. i frequent this location with my mom and when we tried to return a new, unopened product the older lady at the counter said they had to "check the cameras" for our return. we were still able to return the item but it was an odd experience.
