My visits here are unfortunately always unpleasant but yesterday on 6/2/26 was the worst experience. I was not greeted upon entering the store even with 2 associates at the door. The stopped their personal conversation, stared at me and continued talking to each other. One associate had on a make up waist bag, the other was an older Asian woman with a white blazer & one male from the hair salon area. Some of the staff there are really nice and helpful but we were there today and Laura was grumpy & low key rude. I wouldn’t want to come back there if she’s there.

Honestly? I am only giving 2 stars because although I like Ulta. The staff were very standoff ish and snobby. I was in there at least 15 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed help. I went to the perfume area and the guy that was working there literally turned his back and just walked away. I usually do not give reviews like this, but this has happened way too many times.
