i frequent this location with my mom and when we tried to return a new, unopened product the older lady at the counter said they had to "check the cameras" for our return. we were still able to return the item but it was an odd experience.

I booked a blowout at Ulta Beauty expecting a professional, timely service, especially for $80. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. • My appointment started 30 minutes late with no communication. • I told the stylist I only had an hour, but she seemed rushed and unprepared. • The blowout was incomplete — my roots and multiple sections were still frizzy/curly. I booked an appointment to fix a botched haircut from another Ulta location, and finding Lindsey was a silver lining. She was attentive, compassionate, truly listened, and knew exactly what I wanted.
