This is my first time at this Ulta. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Good variety and it wasn’t too busy for being the weekend before Christmas. Only downside is the undercover shopper who kept following me when I was enjoying taking my time finding the right palette for me. She made me feel uncomfortable and rushed when she magically appeared in every aisle I was. Regardless I would come here again though.
Brow wax by Hannah! Five stars all day long. Hannah consulted me about the potential shape of my brows, and her waxing technique is gentle, but effective. Highly recommend.
I'd never really been into Ulta because I prefer Sephora but I had a gift card. I wandered around for a bit and I got asked if I needed help at least six times. Lol like I appreciate good customer service but leave me alone and let me shop for Pete's sake.
Fathima is super sweet and very helpful! Her customer service is exceptional. She made my day. :)
