I had such a great experience with Riya! She is so kind and talented. She did natural, lived-in highlights and a haircut for me and it turned out amazing. She took her time, really listened to what I wanted, and explained everything along the way to make sure the end result was exactly what I envisioned. My hair feels so refreshed and I’m absolutely in love with it. Highly recommend her!

I went in for a haircut with Riya and really enjoyed the experience. Riya was very knowledgeable, helped answer all my questions and made my hair look amazing! I highly recommend her to anyone visiting this location.

I won’t be coming back to this store. Staff member became very passive aggressive while helping me. Making several comments that made it very clear that she was annoyed with me. Only helped in the high end section, after I didn’t find what I was looking for and headed for the other side of the store, she walked over with me then stood there for a second and then walked away. The lower end side of the store literally had lights out and barely any products. This was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had at an Ulta.
