They will not let you walk your items to the cashier yourself, they have to hand it to the cashier for you to purchase it. And I had to literally search for an associate to help me...two times. Not a good customer experience, they treat you like a child.
Shoutout to Angela at Ulta Beauty!! I did an online pickup and she took an extra moment to double-check my order before handing it to me. It gave me total peace of mind that everything was correct and I really appreciated the care. I’ll happily wait a minute longer for that kind of accuracy. Great experience!
